SHIPPING POLICY
Right now, ponnobithi delivers everywhere in Bangladesh. Please be aware that we do not presently have any stores or outlets in Bangladesh and that ponnobithi primarily serves as a mediator to match buyers and sellers online and organize work orders. After production in response to an extensive or bulk work order, the products will be delivered within Bangladesh's Standard Shipping Time: Within 3–4 days inside Dhaka, within 4–7 days outside of Dhaka.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We attempt our best to make sure the product(s) you order meet up to your expectations, however occasionally products may reach you in a non-anticipated manner. Any such inconsistencies relating to your purchase will be resolved by us.
Any product would qualify for a return if it fulfills any of the following criteria:
• Products with major quality defects
• Products damaged during shipment
• Wrong product, size, or color
• Product lost in shipment
