ponnobithi aims to promote "Made in Bangladesh" and give comprehensive details about local products by connecting customers to local manufacturing organizations in Bangladesh. i. Handcrafted
Although every effort is made to ensure a very accurate match, but as some of the products here are handcrafted, we cannot guarantee that the product you see online and the product you purchase will be exactly the same.
ii. Product Availability
Please be aware that ponnobithi primarily serves as a mediator to match buyers and sellers online, and organize work orders, and almost every product has a minimum ordering threshold. We only have a limited amount of inventory on hand, which is utilized for sample showing and small transactions. Please call us between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Bangladesh standard time if you have any inquiries about the availability of a specific product.
iii. Colors
Every effort has been taken to accurately represent each product's color on the website. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your computer, laptop, tablet, or handheld device will be entirely accurate due to display variations.
iv. Pricing
ponnobithi has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an inaccurate price if the error is the result of a system error, a typographical error, or an error in pricing information.
Taxes as required by Bangladeshi legislation are included in the cost of all of our products and services.
v. Shipping and Processing Fees
Product Prices are exclusive of delivery costs, and your shipping cost will vary subject to location and order size.
